What kind of Christian church doesn’t celebrate Easter? Apparently 69% of those who follow the Church Marketing S*cks blog. They polled their readers on what Lenten events their churches observe and the results show 31% observe Easter, 20% Good Friday, 19% Palm Sunday, 11% Ash Wednesday, 11% Maundy Thursday, 2% Mardi Gras, and 6% no Lent. I can see how you could lose Lent if you’re marketing your church. I mean, how do you pitch those downer days but dropping Easter?!?!
Speechless
