WHEREAS, Res. 8-18 amended Article VIII, A and B, to provide for a four-year cycle for national and
district conventions; therefore be it
Resolved, That Bylaws 4.9.1, 4.9.1.1 through 4.9.1.4 also be amended accordingly, as shown (“2007
Handbook Convention Version,” TB, pp. 317–318).
First Resolved. Bylaw changes to match the constitution changes from Resolution 8-18.
Will vote the same for the bylaw changes as I do for the constitution changes.
